And supermodel Adriana Lima has proved she certainly takes care of herself and flaunted her washboard abs in Miami yesterday.
The Brazilian model stepped out in a tiny sports bra and a pair of workout leggings as she went to meet her husband.

To finish off her sporty chic look the mother-of-one had slipped on a pair of black ballet pumps and donned a pair of oversized sunglasses.
